1. Assistance with Off/On Signers, support at local airports, hotel arrangements and specialized requirements that crew members might need.
2. Support with Immigration Authorities in order to ensure correct embarkation or disembarkation process.

Ocean Management Mexico (OMM), promises to differentiate the relationship and attention to the crew, as we are aware of the importance of the crew arriving safe and sound, on time and without any hitches in their itineraries to avoid any delay in the operation of the vessel.
It should be noted that we have all the infrastructure for joining/disembarking crew in almost all the important Mexican ports, where we can assist via inland or aerial -transportation, depending on the needs and the schedule of the vessel.
We have a safety-protocol in each port for sanitary reasons, according to the new regulations that the authorities require us in this new normality due to the CoVid 19 impact.
The staff of Ocean Management Mexico (OMM), has experience in public relations and an advanced use of English language for any kind of support needed by the crew during the whole process of attention provided to them.

Our Customs and Transport Brokers represented will be able to advise you on the best routes, minimum taxation and the elimination of risks, always getting the most advantageous conditions for your merchandise to arrive safely on board of your vessel.
We are not indifferent on how much an unexpected loss can impact if your cargo or shipment is not cleared on time.
We have our own vehicles and have agreements with freight-companies who transport the goods from customs house to any port, to save time on connections that often do not conform to the itineraries of the vessels' operations.
Cash to master
Captain´s cash register needs to pay salaries, new parts, supplies, etc. We are asked by shipping companies to bring a certain amount of money on board. To ensure that this process runs smoothly, we work together with certified security companies.
Cash to Master is a must for the Captain in order to run the supplies for the ship. Let us know what amount you need, and the location and we will send you a competitive quote for delivering safely on board.
